We spent four amazing months at Catalina's the hotel as a couple, and it was an incredibly positive and enriching experience. We had a beautiful volunteer room with a private bathroom and felt at home from the very beginning. Olga was always there for us, and Anthea and Ryan showed us immense trust and support. The atmosphere is warm, very familiar, and welcoming, and you build real friendships here. Even though we are leaving the hotel now, we will always feel a special connection to the people there and this place. We're truly grateful and so happy we had this experience. 10/10!!!

My partner and I stayed here for 3 weeks and we wished we could have stayed a lot longer!! It is a one-of-a-kind volunteering opportunity because you get to live at a resort, in a private room, and you spend very little money because your veggies/fruits/staple foods are purchased for you! plus you get amazing discounts at the restaurant/bar. But mainly we would have stayed because of the people; the management and owners were so kind and friendly with us. They were really great communications (special shout out to OLGA!) so we never felt awkward asking if we needed something.

I really enjoyed the experience and I would definitely come back. The team and the hosts were always very kind to me. The hotel is beautiful; the city, about 20 minutes away, has a beach and a lively atmosphere. Working hours are respected. One aspect to improve is the staff's collaboration in cleaning the common areas (kitchen) in the staff house.
