Overall this volunteer experience was great. It is a really good place to meet travellers from all around the world. You can easily find things to do in the city or to take a train to visit small villages near the hostel. The manager was really flexible concerning the schedule. Of course, it is not a 5 star hotel, the food pretty basic and after 2 weeks you are starting to get tired of eating the same food, but you can easily make your own food. The hours of work are really not that bad, it is 4 hours per day, but most of the time you can finish in 3 hours or 3h30.

I had an incredible month here! The staff, receptionists, and housekeeper were super friendly, and we all became great friends.
The work was very easy—just 4 hours a day helping the housekeeper with cleaning, and if we finished early, we were free for the day!
Our manager was super thoughtful with the schedule and rotated our days off so everyone had a chance to enjoy a weekend off.
Also, I went there wanting to learn French, and everyone was very supportive helping me practice and teaching me new words. I really recommend this place to volunteer!

I really enjoyed my experience at the hostel. The staff are kind and welcoming. The accomodation provided was comfortable. there is still room for improvement in cleanliness and organization, but the manager is working on it. Meal arrangements changed few times, which caused some confusion, but the meal was always provided. The working hours are respected, and the workload is generally manageable. One downside is the limited social interaction with guests as there are not many young travelers. Overall i would definitely recommend for the amazing city, the people and location of the hostel.

It was my first time volunteering and overall I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel. The team is very kind, welcoming and always willing to help us. Getting to know the other volunteers and explore Toulouse together made the experience definitely worth it :) However, the hostel is going through changes and there are things that still need to be worked on, like the kitchen provided for the volunteers, for example, which wasn't in the best conditions. Apart from that, the working hours were respected and i think it was a good exchange
