I enjoyed a lot speaking to people on the beaches for the campaign of sensibilization about the pollution of cigarettes'butts. The accomodation in the van was cozy and full of privacy, taking the shower outdoors under the sky was an amazing experience. I appreciated a lot the kindness of Myriam and her friends in Gagliano Del Capo. The last day she woke up to drive me to the bus stop despite being super early in the morning. I absolutely recommend this experience to immerse yourself in the nature and local cuture. I just fell in love with Salento

I didn't know what to expect, but I had a wonderful experience in Salento!! Myriam is an incredible person, and it was a pleasure to hear her stories as a traveler. The place is very special: an open-air archaeological site surrounded by several beaches. We had a bike at our disposal, which made it much easier to get around between the sites and the town. The work is straightforward and the two days off allow us to really explore the region. It was great to visit “il tacco dello stivale,” this well-preserved little corner of Italy. Thank you so much, Myriam, and see you next time!

Myriam is a great host, she made me feel welcome and was always there to make sure I had everything I needed. She also drove me to local places and thought me about the history of the place. The work hours were respected and I had freedom to make my hours as i preferred. Highly recommended!

We helped Myriam with the farm maintenance, doing planting activities, weeding, and preparing everything for the start of the season. She is a very helpful person and a true traveler at heart. She also took us to explore the surrounding area, which was really cool and made the whole experience feel complete. It was a truly great experience, and I highly recommend it.

It was an incredible volunteering experience, I highly recommend it. The farm is peaceful, and the town of Gagliano is beautiful. Myriam was a wonderful host; she helped us with everything we needed, always respected our agreed-upon work schedule, and took us to see some truly beautiful places and scenery. It's a project run by someone with a strong commitment to social and environmental causes.
