Since I arrived, I was very well received at the Hostel by both the volunteers and the host! The schedules are fixed, so you can plan ahead. The tasks are simple and well distributed, so the Hostel is always clean and organized.
The environment is calm and quiet, the neighborhood is very residential, but there are many nice things to do nearby and getting around here is also good.

My first experience as a volunteer was very positive for learning, especially at the reception, with guest service, check-in/check-out and use of the system. The host, Letícia, was always very attentive, helpful and clear in communication, which made a difference in daily life and contributed positively to the experience. Despite the challenges, I carry with me a valuable lesson, especially for the skills acquired. Additionally, due to personal reasons and scheduling, I chose to end before the period. I appreciate the opportunity and I continue to seek new experiences, thanks🙏

Volunteering at the hostel was a great experience. Letícia is a very welcoming host, open to dialogue and flexible, in addition to being fun and always looking to grow. The hostel is well equipped, quiet and has a good location. I was very well received from the moment I arrived, I had good conversations and enjoyed the moments of socializing, especially the shared lunches, I really felt at home. 💛✨️
