I spent five hours every day with the most energetic and funny kids, trying to practice English with them while explaining things in my broken Thai. Since it was the end of the school year, we mostly just chatted instead of doing actual lessons, but it was a great experience either way. The host and the other volunteers I met are all super nice, respectful, and really make you feel welcome. It is an experience worth trying!!

I had such a blast at the school during my two weeks there. This is my first Worldpackers experience, and it is absolutely worth it. I got to meet many kind teachers and adorable students. the school is in the city center, so it's easy and safe to get around and access everthing. Yala itself is a fascinating city where Thai, Malay, and Chinese cultures blend together. It's also peaceful, making the whole trip here feel like a relaxing retreat. Highly recommended!

I had a great time at Naufal's program. The accomodation, the food and the hang out was certainly the best I have received throughout all of my experience at Worldpackers. The town was peaceful yet have all the things one might need. Naufal and Tukta's was plentiful and really made our stay much more comforting! The school and the student were all nice and lovely!

Incredible experience! From the moment I applied for volunteering, Naufal offered me help on how to get there or look for me at the train station. I only shared 10 days with them, and from the day 1 I knew that they would not be enough because what they do is beautiful and it feels incredible to be part of that. the school is beautiful, and I also had the opportunity to share classes with the English teachers at the public school, AMAZING!! Naufal and Tukta took me to a beautiful local event, and they offered me all the time to try new foods and inviting me to eat with them outside
