The Experience

It is a very attractive place thanks to its natural setting. A small river runs through the estate, in addition to a lake or pond and three smaller water reservoirs. There is plenty of woodland, such as oaks, cork oaks, ashes, holm oaks, and willows. There are also pastures for the horses. At night the stars can be seen very clearly. The two cabins where you can sleep are handcrafted with clay and stones. There are many animals on the farm. It is very b

My experience was quite transformative, I really liked it; if you like country life and disconnecting from the city, this is for you. Jose Luis is a great host, he explains everything very calmly and he is someone you can learn a lot from if you ask him questions, he knows a lot about horses.
Things to keep in mind: the room is about a 10-minute walk from the common areas such as the kitchen and bathroom. So keep that in mind and bring a small suitcase to always carry from the room to the common areas the things you need for the day. I recommend it if you like the countryside ✨

José Luis is an exceptional host. Attentive and helpful. He has a lot of knowledge about horses, which means you learn quite a lot.

The tasks were simple and clear.

The place is very pleasant if you want to be in contact with nature and the horses.

Thank you, José Luis, for your hospitality and your trust.

Participating as a volunteer at the farm was an enriching experience. During my stay I collaborated in various activities aimed at the care and management of horses. The host of the farm always showed openness and commitment, creating an atmosphere of respect and learning. In addition, the landscapes and the beautiful places around made the experience even more special, and the good vibes of the other volunteers generated a climate of camaraderie
