Volunteering at the hostel was a very good experience. I found a welcoming environment, with a partner team and always willing to help. From the beginning I felt well received and comfortable to perform my activities. In addition to the learning and the day-to-day responsibilities, the hostel provided great opportunities to meet travelers, exchange experiences, and create good connections. I am very grateful for the period I spent here and I recommend the experience to anyone looking for a place with good energy, respect, and a pleasant environment to volunteer.

My experience was very positive. The place is kind of a mix between a hostel and a guesthouse; it's very quiet and family-friendly. It's not the ideal place for those who seek fun AT THE HOSTEL, because the lodging truly takes on the role of a family-run inn. However, for those looking for a quiet environment to work (home office), it's a very good choice. The hostess is very kind and fair with the tasks and schedules. I enjoyed the experience.

Ray and Felipi are very welcoming and calm. We have more contact with Ray, who organizes the tasks and shifts; she is super flexible and is always looking to help everyone. The hostel is well located, near: markets; pharmacies; bars; restaurants; bus stops; downtown Fortaleza; Iracema Beach; etc. The hostel has a good setup of rooms, bathrooms, and an equipped kitchen. The tasks are well organized and easy to do. Breakfast has many options to eat and also a flexible schedule. Highly recommended!

I had a great volunteering experience at hostel way. Ray is a motherly, super friendly, welcoming host — she greeted me very well from the first day and was always available to help with whatever was needed.
The hostel has an excellent location, right in the center of Fortaleza, with easy access to several points and very close to the Iracema and Havaizinho beaches.
The schedules were respected, the communication was always clear, and the environment is light, with a good exchange between volunteers and guests.
It was a very positive experience and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for one!
