I understand that I arrived on a Sunday. However, I expected the volunteer coordinator to contact me via WhatsApp, as all the other volunteers had already contacted her by phone to report my arrival.

Overall, this is a nice place with a calm environment and many long-term guests, which makes it great for practicing Spanish! Fernando (the owner) and Paola (the manager) are extremely kind, supportive, and easy to communicate with, and I met really great people during my stay<3There are some operational challenges, especially with room readiness, as rooms listed as available may need additional checks. There was also some initial lack of clarity around scheduling, I signed up for night shifts, and only had one during my two weeks. Overall it was flexible and a positive experience. Tysm !🤍

I enjoyed my stay with Noracoliving . The host was amazing . She was easy going and spoke English which it was a plus for me . The place is around some attractions but you have to go out of the area to go to some other tourist attractions. What we were promised as accommodation was given to us except the bikes . An incident occurred which delay the opportunity for us to use them . Other than that my room was great . TV did not work but I got the host to work with me and she informed me that it will be taken care of . Schedule was great and she's was super attentive to our needs and our req.

I was very pleased with my experience at the hotel. My workload was only three days a week and less than the original agreed upon thirty hours. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who is trying to practice their Spanish as most of the people staying at the hotel are Mexican. For me, working reception was slightly difficult since my Spanish is not very good, but overall, it was pretty easy and there's a decent amount of downtime.
