Overall, this was a great experience! I was required to submit 5 videos or posts per week, and having weekends off & plenty of time to explore Cancún. The owners are professional, and easy to communicate with. + Special shout-out to Meche and Maggi <3 Volunteers stay in nearby the hostel instead of the hostel, which is a big plus, with air conditioning and a private bathroom. It's important to note the kitchen and water are in the hostel, about a 2min walk away, and fridge space can be limited, but there are many places to eat nearby. Definitely recommend, graciasss 🫶🏾

Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. You get what you sign up for so sometimes the hours weren't ideal but I never had to work more than what was agreed upon and had 2 days off per week which is nice to explore the city. The room was a little small but a nice clean space to sleep in and the hostel had many other nice places to sit/ eat. Overall a great experience with lovely people!

This was my first volunteering experience in a hostel, and I'm glad I had it here. Thank you for the warm welcome, Carlos, Meche & Maggie! The volunteer room is a bit tight for 6 people, but clean, bright, and with AC. The bathroom is clean as well. Breakfast is more like basic ingredients (bread, cereal, milk, jam), and we usually prepared our own meals. Overall, everything was great. Excellent location—supermarket, gym, and buses to the beach nearby. Muchas Gracias 🇲🇽🫶🇺🇦

My experience at the hostel was amazing — it was my first time volunteering. I was warmly welcomed and felt safe throughout my stay. I worked at the reception, and the schedule matched what was announced. I needed a few changes at some point, and they were accepted without any problems. The work was very relaxed: I handled check-ins, closed the cash register, and met many people from all over the world. It's a small, calm, and quiet hostel. Carlos, Meche, and Meguie welcomed me like family and were always willing to help — very organized and supportive. I will miss everyone.
