The team was very nice and welcoming. At the beginning, we had some small communication issues and not everything in the apartment was in perfect condition, but we managed to sort things out. Overall, it was a great experience with wonderful people, and I would definitely recommend this to others.

I planned to stay 5 weeks but left after 1.5 as the house's hygiene and the organization of the work didn't meet my expectations. The fridge smelled bad, and trash hadn't been taken out for a long time. The toilet barely flushed, and the washing machine didn't work. Communication with Denis was stressful and unhelpful, and I strongly believe he should not interact with volunteers. Ivan, however, was exceptional—kind, attentive, and truly dedicated to supporting volunteers and improving the experience. Future volunteers may want to clarify conditions and expectations before arriving.
