The Experience

We are located amid Garopaba's lush nature (SC), just a few minutes from the beach, on a regenerative farm that blends simplicity, sustainability, and love for the land. We are looking for proactive, reliable volunteers who are willing to roll up their sleeves with small construction, maintenance, gardening, and care for the agroforestry 🌾🌳 You don't need to be an expert — the most important thing is to have the will to learn and to collaborate.

Libélula is a dream place with a wonderful view, the tent is super cute, is bigger than it looks like, the kitchen has a good basic set up. In uber is like 15min to the beach. About the work is kinda hard but good, enough to be fit:) Andrew is a nice person and always up to help in his possibilities, thank you so much.

I had so much fun volunteering on Andrew's beautiful Sitio on the mountain and learning the permaculture practices of the area. The views are breathtaking. I worked on painting the airbnb deck, processing sun dried carioca beans and manejo (weeding and soil covering) along the tree lines. I enjoyed the variety of work and Andrew's flexibility of start/end times during the day. The tent is big and cozy and the outdoor kitchen and bathroom are wonderful features that connect you to the surrounding nature. Pants, long sleeve shirts and gloves are a must!

Volunteering at the Libélula site was a unique experience; Andrew is a very kind, enlightened, and patient person who is great at teaching. He spoke about the project with the land and gave great life advice. The place brings a lot of peace, a great environment to reconnect and connect with nature!! I recommend!!

I did this experience with my friend Cami and it was a really great place to connect with nature. Andrew is a very welcoming person and flexible with schedules, he was always available to pick us up in Garopaba or if we needed to do something at the market. The experience in the tent is very pleasant, we took advantage of that deck space and the kitchen a lot to do yoga and meditate. I would have liked to take better advantage of the waterfall that is very close to the house. Highly recommended.
