I spent 22 days with Leo, and it was a great experience. From the first day, all our tasks were explained clearly, and everything stayed consistent throughout the stay. Daily responsibilities and free time are well balanced, giving you enough time to relax and socialize. The hostel has a warm atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly. I had a great time there, it was for sure the best volunteer experience I've ever had. The work is easy, the communication is great and you also have a lot of free time to explore the city. The staff is friendly and they are always willing to help you. The hostel is amazing, in the heart of Bukit Bintang, you have lots of options for food and things to do within walking distance. Leo is the best, he's very generous and he always makes sure we're having a great time. He's open to suggestions about the activities and the schedule is also flexible. I'll be forever grateful for this opportunity.

Leo is a fantastic host who truly cares about both his volunteers and the guests. The work usually takes up half of the day (either in the morning, afternoon, or evening) which leaves you with plenty of free time to explore and enjoy the city. The tasks are simple and very enjoyable. The main goal is to create connections and unforgettable moments for the hostel's guests by organizing and promoting activities around the city and at the main attractions. It's a very social role, perfect if you enjoy meeting new people from all over the world. i'd highly recommend this volunteering experience🥹
