It was my first Worldpackers experience and it was the best I could have had.
Tony, Kelly and Holland were kind, welcoming, caring and helpfull from the beginning. They made me feel comfortable and at home. Orion is a kind, cheerful little girl who learns quickly.
Thank you for the experience!

Just Do It! As gorgeous and beautiful as this amazing Chateau is the family that lives inside is even more lovely! (a true festive family and animal friendly vibe) Accommodations are top notch, tasks clear and fair, peaceful and serene surroundings. Kelly is a gem: outgoing, kind, friendly, energetic, sporty, artsy, incredibly cook, great home and farm manager. Tony is a fantastic host. I met their adorable son, granddaughter, family friends and locals. I went to markets, stores, the local bar, and boot camp. I miss them and my farm chores already! Would love to return!

I had an amazing volunteering experience on a farm, hosted by a very warm and welcoming family. The farm is run with great care by a kind woman, who is in charge of all the daily farm activities and animals, and her husband, a calm, friendly, and excellent host who made me feel at home from the very beginning. Their son, his wife, and their lovely two-year-old daughter, with whom I had a lot of fun. Everyone was very attentive to my well-being, and I was invited to several social gatherings and boot camp where I met many of their friends and local people.

I'm very grateful to Kelly and Tony for the opportunity to explore this historic region of France and participate in the beautification of their natural area. It was an unforgettable experience, full of memories.
Wonderful people, varied dishes, interesting conversations, and cute animals. All these things created an incredible atmosphere where you feel like you're away from home. I'd even say they took great care of me.
We didn't manage to complete the extensive project we had started, but a start had been made. The avenue of beautiful fir trees began to transform before our eyes. :)

The hosts were alright and the property is beautiful, but communication and expectations could have been clearer. Before my arrival, the exchange changed from the original Worldpackers agreement, and the working hours didn't initially match what was discussed. We eventually found a better arrangement after talking. The location is very remote, so it's ideal for those seeking peace and nature rather than a social experience. I strongly recommend discussing all expectations clearly before arriving.

Unfortunately this experience was not a great one for any of us. A bit young ,messy, sloppy, not creative at all and just another inactive person…unfortunately looking to experience a life outside her homeschooled life. A shame
