I had a great experience at the hotel House☺️ me and my friend spend a month at the beautiful place surrounding by mountains. We spend at lot of time going on hikes, drinking coffee, played games, spend time with the sweet family and worked a little mostly housekeeping;) there is not a lot to do in the area but if you like the quietness it's the place for you🌸 a biiig thanks to Dea who made our stay so speciel🫶🏼

Honestly, not a good experience. Lëpushë and the mountains are beautiful but I don't feel they really care about the volunteers' experience, they just need on call maids.
There is no such bar, you're not gona be bartending at any point and the only help you're gonna give in the kitchen is washing dishes. Also, it says they offer hikes and tours, completely false. They are not very organized with the shifts, don't respect hours and they like to push off your days off as much as they can. They asked you to be flexible with the hours depending on how many guests they have.

We are sorry this experience did not meet your expectations, but the description clearly states the duties: kitchen help, cooking, bartending, housekeeping and general support. We are an Albanian agrotourism offering authentic local products, so we do not serve cocktails. Hikes and tours are also mentioned, but you never asked about them. Hospitality requires flexibility as guest numbers change daily. You also left before the agreed date and while an agreed task was.

It was truly a beautiful experience. The family is very warm, and Vera has been a great host and is a phenomenal chef. She makes the best kachimak in all of Albania. I'm so grateful for everything. The place is magical, with incredible scenery.

It was an amazing experience! the family is great, friendly and respectful. The place is very beautiful and the nature is wanderful. A lot of opportunity to communicate with locals and go on hikes.
The work is generaly not hard and the variety of tasks gives the opportunity to learn about hospitality, housekeeping and kitchen hand.

It was a pleasure to host her. She is kind, respectful, and very easy to communicate with. She always completed her tasks responsibly and showed a positive attitude toward all types of work.
She was reliable, willing to learn, and adapted quickly to our routines. She also showed great respect for our home and family, and we truly appreciated her help.
We would happily recommend her to any future hosts and wish her all the best in her next experiences.

The experience at the hotel was wonderful. It's a place to connect with the nature of the mountains and the silence. The tasks are simple, cleaning, tidying and kitchen help. We spent beautiful days, alongside Vera and Dot who welcomed us kindly to their place, they fed us and gave us a room in which we slept very well. It is all precious We are very grateful because they welcomed us so warmly! We will miss the best kacimak in Albania, its honey and homemade bread and the bean soup 😄🫶🏽😍
