The Experience

In this beautiful, simple, and warm house set in a green and sunny Andean valley, where I raised my beautiful son who is now grown, I am starting a long-standing and inspiring project: turning it into a space for art, thought, and nature. I have been involved in cultural management and production for decades, and the tasks I need help with today are: graphic and web design, communications, and cultural production.

Iliana is the kind of person I travel to meet! It was only a few days, but enough for deep conversations, tasty meals, and an exchange I will never forget.
The volunteering tasks depend on the moment and on your skills, and the space is very comfortable. Iliana has incredibly interesting projects that need help to turn them into reality; I hope everything comes together and I would love to keep being part of it.

One of the best experiences of my life, what a privilege to be able to live this exchange with Iliana. The hours are incredibly flexible, the tasks are suited to my tastes and knowledge, and the learning goes far beyond the job. Iliana is an amazing person and taught me a lot about many things; I highly recommend it to anyone who goes through this experience, my days here have been magical.
