I've been to the host 3 times already, and still this wasn't my last time here.. Elena welcomed me with warmth, i felt like I belonged there! She is a really strong, empathetic, kind, open minded woman. She introduced me to her friends, the neighbours and to a community. She is full of ideas, and is open to welcome new ideas as well. I learned a lot from her and these weeks we exchanged knowledge and experiences. This project is full of positive energy and life!

The host was my first Worldpacker's experience and I hope it won't be my last. The farm is in a beautiful, remote location surrounded by nature and animals (I miss the sheep already). Elena has put so much love and effort into this project and I'm grateful to have been a part of it. She encouraged me to explore the town and nearby cities in my free time and introduced me to some amazing friends. Work can be repetitive but is fair, and Elena is open to customizing it to your interests. I'd recommend knowing at least beginner Italian as communication regarding work was difficult at times.

This was my very first volunteering experience, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better host. From the moment I arrived, Elena welcomed me like family. She has such a kind and generous heart. I helped with little tasks in the house, garden, and with the chickens, and she shared so much about her work, the farm's workshops, the village of Civine, and Italian culture. She showed me beautiful places and encouraged me to travel and explore the area, making my stay even more enriching. I'm so grateful my first experience was with Elena—she made it unforgettable.
