The homeis a family I am so grateful to have been part of the family. From the moment I arrived I felt so welcome and everyone that works at the homeis truly kind hearted. I would 1000% recommend staying here if you get the chance. The job is very easy and fun if you like to socialize. Talk to the guest, explain the homeand just be around for any questions. the homewas amazing!!! I once again want to thank the homeFamily for a wonderful stay and everything they did for me! I can't wait to come back one day! Lots of love! 🌻

My experience at the homewas wonderful from going on the homeand learning what the region of the homehas to offer, from talking about about my experience with eager participants in the coming weeks was a great experience and on top having Song and Dong be wonderful and welcoming hosts and providing an amazing experience to not only myself and my girlfriend but anyone wanting to go on thethe home. Not only did we get to talk about our experiences but we get to meet other people from around the world all with the same thing in mind which was to explore the mountains of Northern Vietnam

I really enjoyed my time atthe home. The hosts were wonderful, they let us do the homeat a discounted price, prepared delicious food for us and we got to interact with other travelers doing the homeand share our experiences. The volunteering itself was mostly getting groups ready for the homeand answering questions, and preparing them for their departure when got back from thethe home. Plenty of free time at the hostel, perfect for anyone who does remote work

I did not get the chance to volunteering atthe home. They cancelled my application 3 days before the start of my 2 weeks stay. They told me they were overloaded. It is understandable, but i wish they had handle the situation better by proposing alternatives. Instead, they just stopped answering my messages...

Although the experience with the homeas a trip was incredible, the volunteering was disappointing due to a lack of communication and organization. There was no clarity about tasks, schedules, or expectations. Arrangements were made mainly via WhatsApp, but were not correctly recorded in the app, and we were suddenly informed that we would need to leave before the agreed-upon date. Activities were limited to interacting with guests and encouraging only positive reviews. I also experienced food poisoning during my stay, as did other guests and volunteers.

Regarding the food issue, not all guests or volunteers were affected, and you told me yourself that your stomach problems started after drinking egg coffee at a nearby shop.
According to your registration, your stay ended on January 20, but you left on January 25, meaning you stayed five extra days beyond the registered period.
