My experience volunteering at the hostel was incredible! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, the work was not difficult, and the working hours were fair. I also had the chance to work with amazing volunteers, which made the experience even better. Kauan, the manager, was always very helpful, kind, and willing to help whenever I needed anything. I'll definitely miss the karaoke nights and all the good moments! I feel very lucky to have chosen the hostel for my first volunteering experience. I couldn't have asked for a better place to start!❤️🇮🇹

I'm still overwhelmed by the amazing experience I just had. Florence itself is already beautiful and a wondeful place to stay for a while. But what really made the experience for me was the hostel itself - the other volunteers and the staff became a real family to me really quick and I already miss all of them so dearly. The shifts are fair and even though it could be more clearly communicated whats expected, the others are super willing to help with any possible question. I really can recommend this experience with all my heart! Lots of love and see you again, the hostel! x

This was my first ever experience with Worldpackers, and I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Both the team and the other volunteers were amazing, and thanks to them I have so many good memories now from Florence. They were flexible with the shifts and, even when things got busy, everybody was very patient and always there to help. I had the best time and would definitely recommend this place!

I spent such an amazing month at the hostel, I would recommend this experience! The staff and other volunteers were amazing and we all made so many memories I will never forget. The shifts were completely fine as well, especially the morning shifts, and they're flexible for feedback and personal preferences and always have an open ear if you experience problems. The location and the city are very nice as well. All in all I'm so glad to have been able to have this experience and grateful for the welcoming team!

I would definitely recommend this experience! Leaving was so hard I wish I could go back. Everyone was so welcoming and I learned a lot! Some shifts can be a bit difficult but the people your with make you forget that it was hard. truly made me feel at home for the month and I would do it over again every time!
