I had a really nice experience volunteering at this hostel. The vibe is calm, peaceful, and at the same time socially active, which makes it easy to relax and also connect with people.
The hosts and team are welcoming and supportive, and the work was well-organized and fair, leaving enough time to enjoy the place and meet travelers. It felt more like a small community than just a hostel.

I can't recommend volunteering at the hostel enough—it truly felt like a home away from home, and I was sad to leave. Rahul, Nicole, and Bharti made me feel incredibly welcome, and I formed such genuine, relaxed connections with them. the work is easygoing and social, with plenty of downtime to enjoy Alleppey, from festivals and temple visits to dinners and beach trips with fellow volunteers and guests. the hostel is a special hostel that truly prioritises a positive social experience, and volunteers play a big part in that.
