My stay at the hotel was impactful and full of both highs and lows. Josue always did his best to make sure I felt comfortable and safe, and I'm grateful for everything he did to make the experience special.The volunteer role is mostly hosting, so being social is definitely a plus. I recommend asking plenty of questions beforehand so you have a clear understanding of the responsibilities, as some tasks like asking guests for reviews felt more demanding than I expected. Overall, the hotel is a peaceful place with a calm atmosphere, and it can be a rewarding experience if you arrive with an open mind.

Really enjoyed my time with the hotel gang, super friendly and welcoming and really flexible when it came to working hours. The hostel is very nice and great to spend mornings around the pool before volunteering in the evenings. Lots of fun and would definitely return - will miss you guys!
