Incredible place, especially the area where it is located! I recommend this volunteering opportunity to anyone who wants to get to know Granada in all the places they wish to visit, and above all, the friendly treatment by the collaborators of this project.

An incredible experience, the hostel is in the city's tourist area. The city of Granada is wonderful, a wonderful experience that is truly worth it.

I felt very comfortable in the city hostel; it's easy to get around, and in a very short time you can reach trails, mountains, and unique landscapes.

The place where you work is visually nice, the place where you sleep is about 650 meters away with uphill and downhill sections, you sleep in a cave where the bed wasn't made, and the quilts that were there were very dirty, as well as several pillows, you have nowhere to clean the facilities you dirty nor an acceptable kitchen, honestly the volunteers' residence is quite uncomfortable and not acceptable. The respectful relationships with the staff who work there aren't functioning well. The owner is extremely friendly, as are certain people who collaborate there.

Pedro replied

The experience with Manuel has been detrimental to the operation of our organization, as it required additional supervision time, generated conflicts with staff, and culminated in the unexpected abandonment and exploitation of the stay. Based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, inappropriate conduct toward staff, and the failure to meet commitments, we would not recommend him for positions of responsibility or any role.
