I'm so grateful to Giannina for the opportunity to volunteer in Puerto Natales! The hostel truly felt like a big family, and I got to meet so many fascinating people and make friends from all over the world every single day. The work during the low season was very light and relaxed, which gave me plenty of time to enjoy the atmosphere. Giannina is an amazing host, I deeply admire how gracefully she balances her studies with running the hostel. I really hope to come back next time and chat with everyone in Spanish!

I had an amazing volunteering experience at the hostel. The tasks and the hours were clear and Giannina explained everything clear from the very beginning. The hostel has a great vibe and energy. It is small and cozy, it's easy to run and take care of different aspects as a volunteer. Giannina is an excellent host, always helpful with whatever I needed and made sure I my time there is seamless.

La experiencia no podría haber sido más perfecta! El hostel es precioso! No representa a la mayoría de los hostels. Realmente se siente como en casa. Muy limpio, la cocina es hermosa, bien equipada. Gianni es buena anfitriona! Las tareas a realizar se transmiten con muchísima claridad y orden. El esquema de trabajo está muy bien diseñado y organizado. También estoy eternamente agradecida a la flexibilidad de Gianni, permitió juntar días de descanso para poder ir varios días seguidos al Parque Nacional Torres del Paine! Definitivamente volvería a voluntariar acá! el hostel es una 2da casa!!!
