Thank you from heart to heart for these wonderful days at the farm ! If you want to learn a lot, work physically and spend your time outside freeing your mind - this is the right place! I came for the chestnut harvest and stayed a couple of weeks. Work was physically very hard and rewarding, as discussed beforehand. Facilities were great and food was good + local . Thank you Paola for teaching me so much, for being a great leader, intuitive, attentive, caring and an overall strong woman ! You are an inspiration and I am more than happy to have met you, to learn from you and work with you.

I had such a great time in the farm. Paola is such a nice person and she welcomed me in her family. I met incredible people from all around the world and learned so much about chestnutharving, from picking them up to selling them🤌🏻 I 100% recommend this volunteering if you want to get in touch with nature and be really active on the farm. It's hard work, but Paola is always there if you have any question or if you need anything.

I had a wonderful time in the farm Bucco, such a local community. Paola is a wonderful person, very hard working , and wants to make sure you understand the mission of her place. The work itself is hard, so be prepared, we did the chestnut cleaning and racking, help in the fruit picking and cleaning all the areas. We learned a lot of the chestnut process and the farm management. Feeding the animals and petting them was a plus. We also have the opportunity to explore a bit the surroundings and share some local products with Paola. If you want an authentic italian experience this is the place.

I couldn't ask for a more authentic experience on what an ecological farm life is! Some days started early with feeding the animals, others directly to the chessnut areas in which we prepared the field for the autumn harvest, or simply helping in the farm's general maintenance. Some days were harder than others, but it really gives you a full understanding of all the hard work behind a place like the farm. Paola is incredibly generous, always making you feel part of the family and making sure you enjoy the best of the surroundings. Thank you for having us Paola, see you next in Portugal!

I will be forever thankful for my time at the farm. I was welcomed in, as though I were a member of the family, and helped with anything that I needed. The work could be physically tiring some days, but was 100% worth it to help a family who works so incredibly hard everyday of the year. I was able experience places, cuisine, and conversations I would not have been able to anywhere else. I would highly recommend this experience if you love nature, animals, and helping some of the kindest people I have ever met. Grazie mille ❤️
