Max is an incredibly kind and dedicated host. I loved my time on the farm - especially getting to hang out with the donkey, Lola, and trying tons of fresh fruits. The farm is not too far from Las Terrenas which also has beautiful nature and exciting nightlife. Max took me to see many cool sites in the area and made sure I had everything for an enjoyable volunteer experience.

This site made my first DR visit a memorable journey. Max is a remarkable, attentive host. Beyond being a farmer & carpenter, he's a gifted singer with the potential to be a celebrity! His approach is organized; he assigns tasks that perfectly match a volunteer's abilities. I'm proud of revitalizing the accommodations, planting Aloe & Snake plants, & managing large painting projects with precision. This hilly location next to vast scenery, offers a rare rural-urban blend with shops nearby. I loved hiking & feeding Lola the donkey. I left with a new friend. I hope to return & contribute again!

Me encantó,una experiencia extraordinaria conectando con la naturaleza.Maximiliano (anfitrión)es muy atento,cumple con todos los detalles y es muy generoso, te hace sentir en casa,la verdad es que dan ganas de volver y volver. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, para aquellos que quieren un espacio para reflexionar, descansar o simplemente para tener un suspiro fuera de la ciudad. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Mi estadía fue una experiencia maravillosa , su anfitrión Don Maximiliano es una persona empatica , siempre atenta y respetuosa, desde un inicio brindó instrucciones claras y mantuvo una comunicación excelente, lo cual me hizo sentir cómoda y segura, tuve la oportunidad de compartir de excursión a la Isla Saona con otros viajeros y vivir momentos inolvidables, se vive una experiencia tranquila , rodeado de naturalezas y un ambiente acogedor, es como un respiro para el alma, sin dudas fue una experiencia positiva que recomiendo.

La Sra. Alba fue una excelente huésped y cumplió con su tarea de voluntariado a la perfección por tanto la recomiendo 💯 x100. Sin duda una honra poder tenerla en mi Hacienda y será siempre bienvenida. Alba , espero que en algún momento haga la visita nuevamente ya que estamos a tus órdenes.
