I enjoyed helping clean and maintain the guesthouse as well as completing other tasks related to the farm. The responsibilities were clear from the start, and we were able to agree tasks outside of the general framework. The farm is in a nice location, one hour from Ibagué by a local bus from the town center. (orange bus 29) There is a nice swimming pool. I wish my spanish was better so I could communicate better with the hosts. I would recommend this experience if you are interested in raising dairy cows, and renovation of a guesthouse.

We chose the hours that were convenient for us to work They brought us a detailed sheet with recommendations for traveling in the area We received a list of tasks from which we chose what we wanted to do This is a cow farm surrounded by nature There are small chores related to the cows and they roam freely but most of the chores are in renovating the residential building We chose to clean the grass, paint the wall and doors We slept in a spacious apartment with a bedroom, bathroom and living room We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment, the tasks and the sweet couple who lives on the farm😍

I spent a wonderful week with Mr. Jerley and Mrs. Olivia, lovely people, amazing human beings. The work is very well supervised by Mr. Jerley, the schedule is very well organized and followed. I was able to complete the tasks and enjoy the rest of the day, contemplating the wonderful mountain views, reading, walking, or in the beautiful pool that the volunteers take care of cleaning. Spectacular facilities, spacious and comfortable room, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space.
They provide meals and we take care of cooking them, great. Highly recommended! ❤️

We had a wonderful week at the farm with Olivia and Gerley. We were welcomed with open arms as if at home. Very good contact with Valentina who managed our arrival. We had clear, well-organized tasks. We mainly repaired a gate, cleaned the grounds, participated in the cows' milking every morning, shared moments of life with the couple, and enjoyed the wonderful pool.
We can never thank Olivia and Gerley enough for their kindness and their attentions. Our abuelitosss from Colombia. See you soon :)

We truly enjoyed hosting these volunteers at our finca. They were hardworking, proactive, and always willing to help with any task. Their positive attitude, friendliness, and genuine interest in contributing made a meaningful difference to our project.
We are especially grateful for the dedication and care they put into painting our main entrance gate. The result was beautiful and significantly improved the appearance of the property.

We would gladly welcome them back anytime
