The Experience

As a volunteer, you’ll be in charge of guest check-ins, which includes welcoming new guests, managing reservations on our Booking.com account, and helping with a few light daily tasks such as: -Preparing ice for the bar at the pizza restaurant 🍕 -Sweeping the floors 🧹 -Laundering the kitchen cloths 🧺 -Feeding our cute cat, Pipo🐱 We have just two guest rooms with a maximum capacity of four people, so the workload is very light and manageable.

I had a really great stay at the guest house. Nico is a kind boss and he took the time to explain me everything and he even taught me how to make the pizza dough. The place is chill and relaxing and I had plenty of time to explore the area and go surfing. I would definitely recommend !

I had such a great time at the guest house I would have stayed longer if I could have. Nico was a great "boss" and became a great friend as well. The guesthouse is small (only two rooms) so the tasks are very chill. This position is great for someone who wants to chill by the beach, do yoga, be in nature, swing in the hammock, and be part of the little family at the guest house. Not ideal for someone looking for a lot of nightlife or action as the area is quiet and calm. I recommend budgeting for a moto to get around. I felt safe as a solo female. I hope to come back again soon.

I came here and set out to do my first world packers here and didn't know what to expect and I've left feeling like me again. Nicolas wasn't just a great boss but also a great friend to me here. Every morning we did yoga at the temple together and went on a few other fun excursions. The job tasks were never hard and Nicolas is well organised. He is a kind man and he bends over backwards for others. He even taught me how to ride a scooter which is something no one has ever had the patience to do with me!

I highly recommend this place; it's very beautiful and the tasks are simple. Many thanks to Nico for the good experience and the hospitality. Although I had to leave earlier than planned due to a personal matter, I really enjoyed my time there. Nicaragua is beautiful, I loved it! 🇳🇮💛
