The Experience

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking care of details and keeping everything in order. The help focuses on general cleaning and small day-to-day tasks at the guesthouse and the bistro — tidying common areas, helping with organization, and keeping the spaces clean and welcoming. It's a calm exchange, in an environment surrounded by nature and close to the sea, ideal for those who enjoy being in contact with nature! 🌅

Volunteering at the inn was a very good experience! Great for those who enjoy quiet, the beach, and lots of nature. Malu is a very dear host, flexible and super communicative. The inn is beautiful, the tasks are calm, and the staff are kind. I spent my birthday there and I will always remember it with great affection. Thanks for everything, Malu! 🤍

The experience is amazing. A paradise in nature, the inn has wonderful facilities. I was warmly welcomed by Malú and Luciana. They offered me all the comfort, very good homemade food. They helped me a lot when I arrived in the country, always available to assist. The team also welcomed me warmly, as I was their first volunteer. I managed to adapt and learn many different tasks. Malú is flexible when coordinating schedules and activities. She takes time to explain everything you need. I made many friends through this experience, I was happy ☺

Malu replied

Sol, you were an amazing volunteer. Always very willing to help, respectful and sensitive to understand what needed to be done. Your calm energy brought peace to the environment and you were part of our routine with a lot of affection. If it were up to me, you wouldn't leave and you would stay here with us at Orquídea.
