I loved my stay here! Thank you for making my β€œHay Day” dream come true. The place is absolutely beautiful, and Franco welcomed me so nicely. Alex, the owner, is such a cool guy and always made sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed.

I helped with some easy gardening at first and mainly cooked lunch and dinner for the constructors while the place is under construction. I also loved speaking Spanish every day, which made the experience even more special.

With lots of freedom and a really peaceful atmosphere, perfect for connecting with nature and rural life.

Hasta luego!

Thank you, Anna! !

Thank you, Sophia! It was truly a pleasure having you with us at Patagonia Lodge and Retreat. The entire team appreciated your positive attitude, dedication, and the care you brought into your work each day. You quickly became a valued part of our daily rhythm, and your presence in the cabin made a meaningful difference.
Your willingness to help wherever needed, along with your strong work ethic, did not go unnoticed. We would love to have you back.

I had an amazing first volunteering experience! It met all my expectations and more
Starting with the place, which is beautiful, a true connection with nature and the farm animals and kittens too. Alex and Franco are incredible hosts and it's a lot of fun with them
It's full of things to do and places to see
The work is very easy to handle if you like cooking and cleaning or tidying up
Although getting there can be a bit tricky, it's totally worth it
I would definitely recommend applying to this volunteering, you won't regret it
I hope to return soon

The two weeks I spent with Alex and Franco were excellent. Alex is a great guy; at first he gives the impression of being serious and rough, and he is, but he's also very friendly and interesting. Franco is a wonderful person, with nice ambitions and good conversation topics. A very friendly guy as well. They were always attentive to anything I might need. The place is beautiful and offers many possibilities to get to know the surroundings, whether by boat, bicycle or on foot. It has many very interesting spots where nature is appreciated at its fullest expression :) I miss them already.

Beyond your work, we also appreciated the kindness and respect you showed to the team. It’s always special to host volunteers who not only fulfill their responsibilities but also connect with the people and the place in a genuine wayβ€”and you did exactly that.
We’re very greatful.

Franco is a very cheerful person, always looking out to make sure you do not lack anything, which makes being so isolated not feel difficult.
Alex is a good host, although I couldn't share with him as much.
The tasks are very manageable and varied, with the garden, the animals, and maintenance work.
I hope to return
