I volunteered with the hotel for 2 weeks to help update their website. Jose is very kind, nice to talk with, and is passionate about the outdoors. My hours were flexible depending on the day, for example I shifted my hours one day to ski, or when we had days that were more or less busy I would help in the restaurant or bar as well. The area is very beautiful, in the mountains with a river close by. There is a small town 20-30 minute walk away with some hiking as well as a cascade. There are some buses but hitch hiking is also safe and easy here :) Very relaxing and beautiful experience!

+ Delicious food made by the cooks. Wonderful place, in nature, hikes nearby, the lodge is lovely. Friendly staff. Private room. Tasks vary (you have to be autonomous and proactive if). You can use the small gym. The manager is flexible with the hours. - Lack of communication at all levels. I had no information before arriving. Tips are not shared despite 'being part of the team'. You have to bring your own comfort items and detergent. A lot of cleaning to do. The room has zero acoustic insulation. When the owner isn't looking in the living room, he is watching the cameras.

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue super buena, partiendo por el equipo de trabajo que son un 10, muy amigables y cooperativos, mis tareas fueron ayudando en la cocina ya que el restaurant es uno de los fuertes y donde mas se requería asistencia, también pude cooperar en el ámbito digital. Jose como anfitrión también super amable y flexible al momento de colaborar en este proyecto que me permitió ofrecer mi tiempo y habilidades. La convivencia en el lugar y la gente local fue super. El lugar y los paisajes son hermosos. Agradecido de esta experiencia y a las personas :DDD ¡Gracias!

Desde el primer momento me sentí como en casa, el personal muy amigable y con grandes corazones. Las tareas se las tiene que buscar uno mismo ya que no había mucho que hacer, fui cambiando de tareas y adaptándome a la necesidad diaria. La zona es espectacular, a pesar del mal tiempo pude disfrutar de la subida al parque natural de Corralco y a los alrededores. En general todo ha ido muy bien.

El hotel es hermoso ! Hay mucho por hacer conocer y recorrer cerca y lejos , jose una energía hermosa. Tenes muchas opciones para movilizarte y la gente de la zona es súper amena . Lo que acordas es aún mejor de las condiciones que se establecen así que en ese sentido un mil ! Quizás hay que estar dispuesto a ser bastante proactivo en las actividades porque no hay cómo mucho por hacer así qué hay que inventarse las actividades para sentir que uno es de ayuda , aclaró que yo viaje fuera de temporada entonces la realidad es que no había mucho por hacer y a veces se torna un poco tedioso.
