The Experience

We're opening a new cafe at the start of the beautiful St Abbs Head walk (as featured in the End Game Marvel film) The end of November through December we are looking for someone or a couple who can help with a variety of jobs to help get the cafe in good condition to open also a little help dog walking would be wonderful. We have a cosy garden pod separate from the main house for you to stay in.

I had a really amazing time at Rambleshack. Richard and Katie have a lovely family, a great community and live in a truly beautiful part of the world. The tasks were straightforward, fulfilling, and the dogs; Forrest and Peggy, are adorable and very well behaved. There are plenty of hikes and activities to do in your free time. The nearby towns are also great to explore and have plenty to offer. Thank you to everybody for such a wonderful time!!! 100% recommend!

Katie replied

Joey was an incredible help, kind, reliable and wonderful with the animals. He’s also an exceptional painter and managed to accomplish so much during his time here. Always ready to lend a hand, he tackled every task on the list with a great attitude, and was a genuinely lovely person to have around. A big thank you, Joey!

Please do come back and visit us sometime; you’ll always be welcome. Forrest will be waiting for you at the Rambleshack gate!
