The Experience

Help us to take care of our guests, since some of them leave early morning. Some help is also needed on other tasks: cleaning the kitchen, organise the laundry and keep the main door closed at all times. Guests some times need help at night: they check-out early morning, need towels, toilet paper, extra blankets, etc. The main task is to help them to be more comfortable. Note: Your help will also be needed any other day for 3 hours only.

My time at the hostel was amazing, the staff crew are super nice (and you can tell that they get along switch each other) and all the volunteers are also super cool and friendly. When I got there, we were 8 different volunteers so it kinda creates a little family, cause you all live together and hang out together. It's a great hostel if your travelling alone since there's so many people (volunteers or guests) so you get to meet all kinds of people! I would recommend to everyone ;)

I absolutely loved my time volunteering at the hostel and would've extended it if I didn't have to come home to study! The staff was so welcoming that it really did feel like home. In addition, the schedule was very organized and everyone was flexible with exchanging shifts if necessary. All the volunteers stayed in the same dorm in the hostel which aided in the homey feeling. As a traveler, there was no end to the amount of help the staff would offer to get you where you need to go during and after your stay. Tears were shed when I left and I would recommend over and over again!

The hostel was an amazing place to volunteer, the rest of the working staff were more than happy to be patient and happy whilst I was trying my best to speak Spanish. The parties were outstanding but the aspect that sets this place apart is the food from the amazing kitchen staff. Thanks to the bosses for having me, very welcoming and easy going. Nothing was an issue at all, from a volunteer or guest perspective.

The hostel is a great hostel to volunteer, had a good time and made a lot of new friends. The tasks are simple and you know what is expected from you as volunteer.
