Casa de las Mariposas
The house is a place surrounded by nature, very quiet, you will have spaces to relax, read, meditate, practice sports, walking... in addition to collaborating in our glamping project (it's not a camping, it's a place where 3 or 4 campers can come to spend the night).
The collaboration will be 25 hours per week distributed according to the needs of the house's own activity, with two days off per week (usually on weekends) during which there will be no meals provided. The collaborations to be carried out will be help in the general maintenance of the estate such as repairs and rehabilitation, painting and renovations and conditioning of spaces and gardens, pruning olive trees, burning, lawn mowing, work in the garden, etc.

Such a wonderful experience with Pili and Roge; they make you feel part of it from the moment you arrive, always willing to share their knowledge and to help with whatever is in their reach, with a lot of affection. The place is beautiful, incredibly clean, comfortable, neat and organized, a space to connect with nature and good energy. Iโm taking away a lot of learnings, lovely moments, and delicious food. My days at the the lodge were a very nourishing experience for me. This space is full of peace, the place where the volunteers stay is very welcoming. The House of Butterflies was the perfect place to start my volunteering journey. It's a safe, peaceful, organized, and warm environment. Living with Pili and Roger made me feel like part of their home. They are a wonderful couple, full of stories, wisdom, and a deep love for what they do. I learned so much, met incredible people, and I'm truly grateful to God for allowing me to be in this place. First of all, thanks to Roge and Pili for the hospitality and, above all, for the trust in accepting me into what was my first experience with worldpackers.
The space is fantastic, and you can see the care and attention in the way it was designed and continues to be designed. Itโs all very beautiful!
The trailer is cozy and private!
The work is serious and the hours were followed as agreed; Roge has always been very flexible when needed.
Pili's food is spectacular, and on Fridays we would get together to have lunch, which was very nice!
