Glenreasdale House
A warm welcome here in this historical house, lots going on in this arty place. I have had amazing reviews on Workaway, which sadly is not working now in the UK. I love the cultural exchange when people stay from allover the world.
Just me and the people that I teach, all my fiends who call in regularly. I am a working artist and printmaker, taking inspiration form the local environment. This is an eco friendly house and garden.

It was so much more than just a cultural exchange or a work-for-room-and-board arrangement; it felt like being part of a family. Don't miss the chance to visit. Plus, Scotland is amazing. The house is a bit secluded, but it's easy to plan outings and enjoy the surroundings.

I had the most wonderful month with Karen. She welcomed me warmly and made me feel at home from the beginning. I learned so many things from her, not only practical skills but also little things about life. Her cooking is incredible. Everything is healthy, homemade, and full of love. Her bread and desserts are unforgettable! This is the perfect place if you want to slow down, enjoy nature, and experience life in a beautiful Scottish village. I'm very grateful for this experience and hope to come back to visit Karen again someday.

This was my first experience with Worldpackers, and it far exceeded my expectations. Karen, in addition to being an incredible artist, became a great friend and English teacher for me.
She made me feel very welcome in her home, always respecting the agreements regarding tasks and my remote work schedule.
