It is a magnificent place, surrounded by nature, between woods and fields.It is a perfect place for trekking, climbing and skiing. We love to learn with different cultures!
The project was created by me and my brother, 35 and 31 years old. The management is familiar, this is a place of passage for many people, friends, volunteers who come from all over the world. We are open-minded, we like to create new relationships, learn about new cultures and knowledge. We love music, play and create new!

En mi primer día me sentí cómoda por el calor familiar que hay, Andrea y Alessio son unas grandes personas, Alessio un pro en la cocina, hace que te sientas feliz al comer. Un lugar dónde la experiencia también la hacen mucho los otros voluntarios, conectas con la naturaleza, conoces gente increíble, me llevo muy lindos momentos. Cuando llegaba Luisa aveces no me sentía cómoda, tiene gestos grotescos, pero también es una buena persona. Yo dormía cómoda en la tienda pero va depender de cada uno. Es una aventura muy a la naturaleza, me llevo muy bonitos recuerdos.experiencia bella🦋🌱

Mi experiencia fue muy buena. Allessio y Andrea son personas muy amables y me hicieron sentir bienvenida en todo momento, se nota que han puesto mucho esfuerzo y cariño en este proyecto. Allessio es un gran cocinero, la comida está 10/10. Gracias a ellos aprendí mucho sobre plantas, hongos y métodos agrícolas con un bajo impacto ambiental, pero sobretodo aprendí mucho sobre la bellísima cultura italiana, me sentí en familia, realmente il Germoglio es un hogar. Compartí muchos momentos bonitos con los otros voluntarios y me llevo un hermoso recuerdo de Italia. Grazie mille per tutto 😊

I loved my stay at Il Germoglio! The hosts are the sweetest and I met the best people from different countries here. I learned about different languages and cultures but also about food and nature. I’m really gonna miss the people, the views, the food, the work, the talks,.. This place and the people felt like my second home. Lots of love❤️

Para mi fue una experiencia bastante buena, el lugar está lleno de paisajes y personas muy lindas que te hacen sentir como en casa, las tareas no son difíciles ya que se intercambian, la comida increíble, los chicos cocinan excelente. Quizá lo que podría mejorar sería la comunicación, que fuera un poco más asertiva pero en general es una experiencia que recomiendo a quien busque conectar con la naturaleza y pasarla bien 🫶🏻

Il germolio was my first volunteering experience and I couldn't ask for a better one. The people I met at the farm inspired me and tought me about their culture and in exchange we (my friend and I) tought them about ours. The farm is surrounded by nature which is very calming. The tasks were easy and after some time became as sort of meditation. Even tho I spent just three weeks on the farm It felt like a year and everyone felt like a family after just few days.
I would recommend learning some basics of Italian, or Spanish before you arrive, but you can get around speaking English just fine 🌷
