Terra Tekoá
Our project is a dream that is starting to become real. We have become (I, Maysa, Giba and Serena, our 3-year-old daughter) guardians of a beautiful land in the Atlantic Forest, where we wish it to be a space of many happenings and encounters — with myself, with nature, and with like-minded people. Here, time is with the land, relationships, music, and inner exploration. To be this space, we need more structure, thus more hands. That is why we are here opening up so that people who enjoy this energy of tranquility and collective work can come and contribute.
Our space is in Paraty, in the Córrego dos micos neighborhood, which lies between Trindade and Paraty Mirim. With easy access by bus to these beaches and to the town center, which is about 20 minutes from here. Far enough for silence and tranquility to be present, and close enough to meet civilization's needs.
Here on the land, colorful birds and singers provide the soundtrack. We have a small stream of calm, clean waters for hot days.
We are an animated, communicative, friendly family, but we also value healthy habits, tranquility, silence, and rest. The care of ourselves and of others.
Here we welcome many friends, we have music circles, ceremonies with the medicines of the forest, yoga practices. We also participate a lot in the city's cultural life, which has a lot to offer. Paraty features diverse artistic expressions that perform at events almost always free for the population. We can recommend good events and also go together.
We enjoy hosting people, discovering cultures, exchanging knowledge, foods, and music. Our home is a space that envisions a more collective life, in nature.
