I jad an incredible time with amazing people. I got lucky because I was there with four other women, and we all got along very well, we had dinner nights where we all contributed, played games, watched movies. The work is from 8 am-1pm and after I would relax and enjoy the place I was in. We had to work again from 6 pm- 7 pm. And it was very chill. The work itself was easy, physical yes, but not too hard. I loved cuddling the animals and spending time with the others. The land is huge and you can explore a lot of it, everyone there is nice and respectful, def reccomend! @heyitsnandinii insta

I want to thank Lore, Ro and Mar enormously for these wonderful five weeks I spent volunteering with you. They are people with a huge heart and full of love, and it moved me a lot to see all the work you do day by day; you are very powerful women. I loved finally getting to know the refuge and I will carry with me forever all the little animals that are part of it. The shelter has been my first volunteering experience outside my country, and I am immensely grateful for the kindness they've shown in welcoming me, for the support they've given me, and for accompanying me in carrying out my duties. In day-to-day life.
I spent a month there; the experience for me was wonderful 🥹💖✈️🇨🇴🇪🇸 having been able to meet the members in such a safe place motivates me greatly to want to continue doing that kind of volunteering. If you want to be part of this experience, I invite you not to miss it because more and more of us think about animals.

My experience at the shelter was simply incredible and one of those that stay with you forever. After nearly 15 years of being vegan, being able to know from inside a project built with so much love and commitment toward the animals was very special. I carry with me immense admiration for Lore, Mar, and Ro, for all the dedication and affection they give every day, and for Laura, who has dedicated so many years of her life to making this project possible. They made me feel part of a beautiful community and I take with me much more than I could give, lessons learned, memories, and incredible people.

During these days at the shelter I felt very warmly welcomed by both the hosts and the volunteers who shared the stay with me. The schedules were respected and it was a lot of fun doing the tasks, being able to meet all the animals on site. The grounds are very spacious and have beautiful views. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience it; the work they do there is incredible!! 🫶🫶
