Description

While we are sailing, we are often at sea or anchored away from towns, so preparing completely separate meals or buying your own groceries isn't always possible. We therefore provide and share 3 meals a day aboard. We ask for a contribution of €40 per week toward groceries. This only helps us cover part of the additional food cost of having another adult aboard we cover the rest

The Experience

Join our family of 4 for a real sailing adventure from Italy to Greece! ⛵🌊 We live mostly at sea or at anchor, exploring together along the way. This is an immersive family experience, not a clock-in/clock-out job. We’re looking for someone flexible, proactive and happy to become part of our little crew—sharing daily life, helping with the kids, meals and life aboard. No sailing experience needed, just a great attitude & sense of adventure!

Staying with them on the boat was an amazing experience! I felt really loved and valued and cared for the entire time and whenever i needed anything they would be there to help. They always invited me to come with them on trips or when meeting friends, so it was easy to get in touch with other people there aswell. Work hours are fluid, because we lived together in a small space and I spent a lot of my 'free time' with them aswell. But whenever I asked for some time or a day off they would always make sure to make it possible, even during the week, for me it was perfect. Thank you so much ♡

I had an amazing experience with Natacha and Dewald. They are such generous hosts and truly made me feel like a part of their family. I lived on their sailboat for a month and had my own cabin on the boat, had access to laundry and showers, and was walking distance from the centre of Antibes and the train station. Taking care of their three-year-old girl was such a joy. She is energetic, goofy, and super social. Natacha and Dewald gave me lots of support so I didn't feel overwhelmed. I'd recommend this experience to anyone looking to make a connection with a lovely family. Thank you guys xo

Bythe boat boatboatend of my stay I felt I had made life long friends and connections. Natacha and Dewald were more then accommodating in every aspect. Anything I could have wanted or asked for in an experience they gave. I am highly grateful for my time here and would recommend to anyone.
