The Experience
The WP for this position must be very sociable, have high level of energy, VERY good communication skills (fluent english & portuguese) and be fit to do Hikes and long walks. You will be responsible to plan, inform, invite and lead groups to do our Free Tours, to go to Parties and promote Bar Games (Beer Pong, Karaoke, etc). Also important to get guests contacts, take pictures and make videos of the whole thing! Lets make people happy!

- Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
- Academy Course How to become an outstanding Worldpacker
- Be from outside Brazil

Absolutely amazing experience volunteering at the hostel! Exactly what I hoped I was gonna achieve from this. They take really good care of everybody, both work wise and personally. The social side of the hostel is amazing, and there's stuff going on every night. I have met so many amazing people there, so thank you to Felipe and the whole team for giving me an unforgettable experience in Rio. I'll be back!

This hostel is the best party hostel you will find the staff is all so welcoming and warm. there are events every night from free dance class to bingo and karaoke.

My favorite place where I volunteered! Work behind the bar is so fun and you are always encouraged to dance and enjoy yourself. Definitely felt at home here and learned so much during my stay. The hostel was one of the most rewarding experiences I've had. I felt at home and part of the family. The welcoming atmosphere and staff, all adorable people, made settling in so easy. The work structure is very well-organized. Shifts are clearly scheduled, expectations are transparent and fair. I appreciated the sense of community among the team, which made it feel less like a job and more like a shared mission. A special thanks goes to Felipe, who is highly dedicated and always approachable. I'm already looking forward to coming back! (recommend this place for everyone who loves dancing😉)
