My experience at the hostel! I had an amazing time volunteering there and genuinely enjoyed every single day of the experience. I worked at reception, where I had the opportunity to meet and help guests from all over the world. I always felt respected, safe, and welcomed by both the staff and the guests. Everyone was friendly, fun, and made me feel like I was part of a big community. The atmosphere was incredible, the people were amazing, and the whole experience was unforgettable. The location also is spot on. You do make friends for life at the hostel. Party life: 10/10! 🎉🍻

Tbh i hadnt had my greatest experience in the hostel this time, but i would totally consider it as an occasional thing as so my last two experiences were outstanding. Also i’ve made very good friendships for life, as always. So, this was my third experience here and i still absolutely recommend it. Thank you very much the hostel!!

The hostel is an awesome host. They promote a great environment to connect people by doing parties, city tours and events. The staff is the best part, they make you feel like if you had grown here, surrounded by friends. The location is a bonus, very nice neighborhood. Totally recommend!

Thank you so much for accepting me as a volunteer. It was my first time working in a hostel as a receptionist, and the whole experience was better than I ever expected. I met incredibly friendly people, the work hours were flexible, and the team made me feel valued and included every single day. I made wonderful friends, learned new things, and truly enjoyed contributing my time. Staying here was a pleasure, and being part of such a positive, welcoming environment meant a lot to me. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a great volunteer experience.

My experience felt more like a job than a volunteer exchange. There's very little flexibility, and they expected something from me that i couldn't deliver and because of that, I was treated as “loss of potential” which didn't feel fair in a volunteer context. That being said, the hostel itself is beautiful, very lively, and the people are fun and welcoming. Everything is clean and well organized, which i really appreciated. I truly wish the team all the best moving forward. With a few adjustments in how volunteers are managed and communicated with, this could be an even better experience.
