The Experience
Our project is the restoration of eroded land which was once a thriving orchard in this area. The mountainous terraced land is now close to total extinction as only 0.01% survives. This is a last moment effort to keep this very rich and beautiful area on earth. As part of our restoration effort, we are also working on farming & water conservation keeping in view the permaculture guidelines. No skills are required, just a willingness to help!

The farm is one of the most special places on this earth. You will leave here enriched and full of love and joy. I can't recommend coming here enough. It's remote and you are deeply rewarded for its solitude. Unbelievable nature around you, an incredibly loving, wise and kind staff, and you will be offering your creative skills in return. The best encouragers and the best creative collaborators. I became such a wonderful version of myself here💛

An amazing experience! The hosts, guests, and villagers are all very friendly and interested in getting to know you. It is a very calm area away from the city and is cool in temperature. I painted a mandala mural and taught village kids. It is very different if you are used to the Western experience, but it is very rewarding!

I was working in the community for two weeks and it was feeling like home from the first days. Nidhi is a spectacular host and so are the other people that I could be living with. I truly recommend the community. You will find a very comfortable place to read, do yoga, trekking, bonfire and meet with the local community. Besides, there is a very beautiful landscape from the mountains. I really hope to come back one day. The only bad thing about the community was to say goodbye. Thank you Nidhi!
