I had a wonderful time in Aoshima. The work was fun and the team great. Besides the agreed hours of work we spend a lot of the time surfing and exploring the area (there's so much to see). Can highly recommend and would love to go back.

My stay in Aoshima was awesome, the work was fair and I spent the rest of most my days using the bikes and surfboards available, and spending quality time with the people I stayed with. I really hope to come back one day! Thank you 😊😊

Words aren't enough to express my stay there. I had no idea what to expect, but it was perfect. I learned how to surf💪🏼. The scenery whilst surfing is probably the best part. I will say that if you don't surf, you might find your time there a bit long as there is not much around. The other volunteers, toshi and foo, are all amazing people. The work isn't hard and you'll have the whole afternoon off. It's also a good place to practice speaking Japanese. I would definitely recomend this job ✌🏼 definitely will come back!

The guest house was my first Worldpackers experience. And what a great experience. I really appreciate the kindness of the host, Toshi. He is also an easy-going and comprehensive person. I also enjoyed the place and the other "staff". I hope I'll be able to renew the experience... Thank you for everything.

Had to take a couple of days before writing this because I was still missing so much the place, people and everything. The tasks are easy, sometimes they don't take more than two hours, so if you are into surfing, you have a lot of time to do it (or try at least, like me) or plan a trip to somewhere else. Thank you very much Toshi and the staff for every moment, word and joy shared. So far, the best summer memories.
