The Experience
Hi! We are a small hostel in the Scottish highlands, we are needing a volunteer to help us with general household duties. Making beds, hoovering, toilets/showers, gardening etc. Cleaning starts at 10:30 am until 14:30 pm so you still have your day to explore. 24hrs work a week, 6 days a week for 4 hrs a day. If you think you'd be a great fit for the team let us know!

The hostel Willy became my place for 4,5 months and I will never forget this time. This hostel is cozy and welcoming and the stuff is absolutely amazing. I have unbelievable memories that I will never forget. So much laughter and just good times... I would recommend it to everyone who wants to half a lot of fun, good talkes, fun nights at the pub or who is a nature lover. The nature around it is absolutely stunning. I will come back. I found a home there and I already miss it so much! I love you guys

The hostel staff were very friendly. And the work was only 4 hours a day, I went hiking in the nearby hills after work. On my day off, I did traverses of Ben Nevis and other nearby mountains. The hostel is close to the mountains, making it a great choice for nature lovers.

I had a great time at the hostel! All of the other volunteers were absolutely lovely and brought me in with open arms. The location is great for walks as well as the town center. The work is laid out clearly so you know what is required on a day to day basis. I would absolutely recommend this experience!

It's Amazinggggg! The Hostel, Lynn, the hostel…everything it's amazing there! Was my family, my home for 1 month. Was my first experience and was perfect, if you thinking in go there…just go, it's amazing. I miss the hostel, Lynn and others volunteers…the best experience in my life 💙

I would definitely recommend volunteering here! The hostel is cosy and charming and the work is easy. It's a beautiful part of the world and there's a lot of hiking to do in the area. There are usually 4 - 6 volunteers at a time, so it's great to meet people and there is a friendly vibe. The only things I would keep in mind are that the staff dorm is a mixed dorm that is a little small and cramped and sometimes the hostel isn't quite warm enough on cold days. But Lynn and Laura are really kind, welcoming and will do anything they can to make you comfortable. Thanks guys :) x
