The Experience

If you wish, you can learn how to cook tajines, gamilla, couscous and other traditional Moroccan dishes, and we will all cook together for the volunteers and for ourselves :) Every day one or two people can cook, and each day/each meal we will shift. We cook three meals a day and eat all together. During cold nights we eat inside, warm nights outside while enjoying the sunset! Besides cooking, volunteers will help in other general work.

I had a great stay volunteering at Linda and Said's project. They were excellent hosts - very welcoming and cares a lot about the guests while managing a meaningful and important project. The place is wonderful and the meals delicious! It was an enriching experience, and I'm grateful for the opportunity. Would recommend!

Working alongside Linde and Said was such a positive and meaningful experience that I can't recommend enough. Despite being in a secluded setting, I felt very much included and a part of their home. They provided an endless amount of time, attention and kindness to accomodate every guest and their needs. Work was often changing depending on the daily priorities which meant there was a nice change in routine. Looking back, I am so grateful to have met and shared this authentic experience with Linde and Said as well as other great travelers along the way.

Will be difficult put in words every thing I felt there, but I can say that I learned things about a new world that I didn't even know existed, as I stayed longer I felt more at home as if I were part of a new family. I discovered a bit of Marroco that I had never heard of, people, landscapes, culture that i will never forget. I was very happy volunteering on the project and I am sure that was a thing that changed me forever. Said and Linde are incredible people, very kind and attentive to everyone and everything around them, they are hosts who make you fell welcome and safe all the time .
