What you offer

- Hours per week
- Help out and collaborate with your host only a few hours per week.
- Cleaning
- Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
- Housekeeping
- Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

The Experience
Hi guys! We need someone to help us from 8a.m.- 12p.m. Obligations in the hostels are bathroom cleaning, making beds, cleaning floors, kitchen and wash the sheets.Afternoon u are free to go to the beach or to do whatever your heart wants. Hanging with other guests in the evenings would be nice but it's not obligatory. When our workers have free days we need u to work paid shifts(1-2 times a week) Free tour to Krka, boat party and SUP board tour.

Antea was a fantastic host! The work is super easy. Everyone becomes like a little family and I couldn't have had a better time if I tried. Location is absolutely INCREDIBLE! Thanks again for the best summer the hostel ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I worked as a promoter in Split and my experience was great. I made so many friends and had the opportunity to explore Split. There are two apartments, both are close to the centre and to beaches. Each week I had a day on the boat, a full day off and then the other days I was free until about 6pm, where I would spend the night either promoting or promoting and then working behind the bar. Communication between management and staff could have been improved. Overall I enjoyed my experience and will miss my Split family!

I had an amazing time working for boat party split! Such an incredible location, such a super fun job which doesn't even feel like a job. Drinking and partying with a bunch of other travellers on a boat in one of the most beautiful places ever is hardly work! Strangers became best friends. I would recommend this experience to anyone looking to have a great summer. Thanks for the opportunity guys, I hope to be back x
