We're looking for like-minded people who are interested in the environment, have a sense of adventure and take pride in their work, and want to be part of our family! All positions are two hours a day, six days a week. We do this to keep a high standard but to also free up more of your time. - Cleaners: From 10am-12pm cleaning dorm rooms, and 9:45-10:00pm kitchen closing. - Early riser shift: 5:30am-6:30am, 4pm kitchen clean.

1770 Backpackers surely did become my home away from home. It's an amazing place, where I met new friends from all over the world. The housekeeping was very manageable and exactly as agreed. Plenty of time to explore the area or just chill after work hours. I really can't recommend this experience enough!!☀️

Backpackers 1770 is an amazing place!! This was my first experience doing work for accommodation and im so glad it was here, the managers/owner are great and the work itself is done as a team and super manageable. The best atmosphere and place, can't recommend it enough!

Had the best time at 1770 backpackers- it really is a very special place where I met the most amazing people and made the best memories. Definitely a new home away from home that I will come back to in the future! The work is fair and exactly what's agreed and the bike and surfboard use for free was also great! Could not recommend more- miss it already🫶🏻💓

All I have to say is it's absolutely amazing. I planned on coming for two weeks and keep extending my stay because of how great the vibes are here. The people are absolutely amazing. I just feel like I could settle down here for a long time.
