Our hostel is a really friendly and cozy place to stay close to Citypark, the zoo, Heroes square and Széchenyi Spa, yet not too far from the living inner districts of Budapest. The building in which the hostel located is a hundred-year old house - is already a unique experience of how hungarian people lived in the previous century. Our guests are from around the world, mostly peaceful and kind people. A group of locals work together with volLearn more

I had a great experience in this hostel! the managers Adam and Richie are super nice and we had people from everywhere working with us. The shift lasts only 3h, the tasks are simple and we can choose our days off (2 every week).
We had a big room, good common areas to use, as tv room with x box and a big kitchen, and the volunteers would usually cook dinner for everyone once a week, a good way to get to know each other.
Budapest is an amazing city to live, a lot of things to do (I spent 4 weeks and never got bored!), I would highly recommend this place.

The work at baroque hostel is super chill, just a few hours in the morning between 11 am and 2 pm and then the rest of the day is free for you to visit the city and get to know the other volunteers. Both Adam and Richie are very friendly and willing to help with suggestions and also with your working schedule. You will have two days off per week that you can arrange with the managers. Nice area close to the main park and well connected to the city center:
