The Experience
Somos um novo empreendimento carioca. Aqui funcionam um hostel e um estúdio de yoga & meditação em pleno Centro da cidade do Rio de Janeiro! Abriu em 02/2020 com equipe enxuta. A capacidade é 24 hóspedes em 5 quartos. O voluntario irá assumir sozinho a recepção no início da tarde ou da noite. Fará checkin e checkout. Controlará venda de bebidas. Atenderá os hóspedes com gentileza. Limpeza leve de manutenção.

The hostel Is a very special place to stay, of which I really appreciated the relaxed vibe, the eco-friendly ethic and awareness that it promotes! The owner Marcus is a very dedicated entrepreneur, very kind, helpful and always present in case of needs. The timetable is perfectly respected and tasks are very easy (I would recommend to be able to speak at least basic Portuguese). The hostel is very attractive for people who wants to explore and enjoy the amazing city of Rio, while staying in a chill place (eg. perfect for digital nomads). Thank you Marcus for the great experience!

As I only worked one day, I don't have much to tell you. But the hostel is well set up, clean, very well decorated and with an innovative concept. I was very well received by the other volunteers and we had an incredible exchange.

Minha experiência no hostel foi perfeita! Ambiente super tranquilo. Tive qualidade de sono, e voltei a ter hábitos de leitura e escrita. Voluntários e funcionários com uma vibe ótima! O Marcus é muito tranquilo, respeitoso, e achei bastante justa a demanda de trabalho. Pra quem se interessa por museus e cultura, a localização atende muito bem. Somente mercado e lavanderia que ficam longe.... Mas independente disso, recomendo muito essa experiência!

O hostel foi uma experiência muito pacífica com atividades simples. Marcus, que é o proprietário, foi gentil comigo e muito paciente ao me mostrar as atividades. Eu recomendo esse voluntariado para qualquer pessoa que queira conhecer o Rio de Janeiro (especialmente o centro da cidade). Levo comigo amigos e lembranças desse voluntariado

Meu voluntariado no hostel foi minha primeira experiência com WP e foi tudo o que eu precisava para começar minha viagem. o hostel é um lugar confortável e tranquilo para recarregar energias e explorar o Rio a partir do centro da cidade. As tarefas são muito tranquilas e os compromissos assumidos foram totalmente respeitados. Marcus é um anfitrião respeitoso e com uma ótima disposição, tem claro o espírito da troca. Os funcionários são pessoas muito legais que adorei conhecer. Recomendo para quem procura uma experiência tranquila, sem muita bagunça e barulho.
