My experience at the hostel was very positive. Everything that was agreed upon for the volunteer position was respected, and the location itself is excellent, I always felt safe. What truly made this experience special were the people, both locals and travelers, who helped make my stay warmer and more enjoyable. My night shift could get a little quiet at times, but I was lucky to connect with guests who kept me company and made the hours pass nicely. I would absolutely love to return to the hostel!

The place is beautiful and people working in the hostel are great. we all quickly became friends. From the very beginning of my adventure with the hostel, Filipe, the manager, has been very helpful. The communication in the hostel is easy, friendly and honest; in my opinion this is exactly what you need to build a successful team. the hostel creates a special, make a difference" environment, where you can feel good and enjoy the time both at and outside the working hours. They do care for each other and the guests. I would definitely recommend this place to everybody.

A experiência no hostel superou minhas expectativas! Desde o início fui bem recebido e acolhido, a equipe foi maravilhosa e a gerente Luciana incrível sempre atenta as necessidades, demonstrando apoio e de acordo com as normas do voluntariado. O Hostel é um ambiente muito tranquilo, limpo e organizado, aconchegante e familiar. Tudo contribuiu para uma excelente experiência, foi um prazer passar esse tempo no Cosmo! 🩵

Minha experiência foi tão interessante, que ainda estou no processo de integração, que são resoluções que temos após uma experiência nova. Essa foi minha primeira experiência de voluntário e estou apaixonado por esse estilo de viagem. Minha estadia foi tranquila, o quarto dos voluntários é o mais tranquilo e silencioso, permitindo você acordar até mais tarde caso seu turno de trabalho na recepção seja o da madrugada. Espero voltar lá ano que vem para fazer um voluntariado por mais tempo nesse hostel. Abraços para Luciana gerente, a camareira Sandra e as duas recepcionistas Edriene e Raísa.

A experiência no the hostel foi muito positiva. Consegui negociar meus dias livres para poder viajar no final de semana, o trabalho não era puxado (recepção, que em dias de semana não estava tão movimentada). Falei com hóspedes de vários lugares do mundo e com os funcionários que moravam na cidade. Já tinha ficado lá há um tempo, como hóspede e agora como voluntário tive uma excelente experiência. Localização ótima, boas instalações e sempre fui muito respeitado por todos. Me senti realmente confortável e por isso recomendo! Até umas próxima, amores!!
