The experience at the hostel was my first volunteer experience and it was the best decision to come here !! I was welcomed wholeheartedly by everyone and introduced with patience and kindness to the tasks. Rafa and James are awesome and it was more like a “friends basis” than a “work basis”. The work shifts were more than manageable and very relaxed. If there were any doubts or if I needed any kind of help everyone was there immediately to help me. I made awesome friends there and will definitely come back sometime to visit ! I can recommend to everyone to come here <3

I had a great time at the hostel. I was a little bit nervous because this was my first experience as a volunteer, but the staff and the hostess (Rafa) did everything to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I only stayed for 5 days, so the tasks were kind of easy, nothing too complicated (cleaning, check in and out, guard the hostel and make the guests feel welcomed). If you're thinking to volunteer there I totally recommend you to do it!

That was, definitely, one of the best experiences I have ever had. I knew that getting out of my comfort zone would be hard, but staying at the hostel made that so natural and easy that made me think "Why not staying here for, like, some years?" All the people I met, all the experiences that I had made me a better person. At the first week, all the work that I had to do were so easy and quick that made me feel like home. Meu primeiro voluntariado e a minha experiência no hostel foi incrível! Fui muito bem recebida e me senti acolhida na casinha rosa. As instalações são confortáveis e as tarefas bem distribuídas. A localização é excelente, sendo possível fazer a maioria das coisas caminhando ou pedalando. O ambiente é ótimo, tranquilo e delicinha de viver (sem contar que é lindo, né!?). A Rafa é uma pessoa maravilhosa, foi um prazer conhecê-la e eu sou muito grata pela troca e por tudo que me proporcionou! Foi especial demais ♥️🍀 Sem dúvidas, recomendadíssimo!!!
