The work's easy to learn, but quite tiring The family and the team were very nice. I was the only Worldpacker there, and the team's mostly from Brazil. This was great, but it might be harder to communicate if you don't speak Portuguese You'll probably work overtime, but you can request time off to compensate. You can use the facilities (sauna, pool, ...) if not in use by clients I'd recommend having a driver's license

I had a wonderful time at the guest house. The tasks I had to perform were varied. Sometimes I assisted Stéphane with activities, I had to clean the bubbles, so that they could be reused, the showers and toilets. Sometimes I had to serve food when groups were on site (at lunchtime and in the evening). These were the most common tasks I had to do. A bungalow is available for the helpers. The other people who were there were also very nice, like Stéphane. The most other volunteers come from Brazil, so Portuguese and English are the most commonly spoken languages (but also french).

The reason why I give 2 stars to this experience, the host Stéphane is very rude on the way he speaks to you, he made it clear since day 1 that people here come to learn and that it may be required to work more hours some days. He even threatened a nother volunteer who told him he had work 5 hrs already saying he could leave if he doesn't like it. Once he sent me a message asking me to leave his place because he didn't see me working that day, which I did from 7am to 1pm, he assumed something instead of asking me or the guys that assigned the tasks for the volunteers. He has no sense of tact.

For readers, our place offers much more than just work: there are regular sports sessions, outdoor activities, a pool, animals, and a unique natural environment surrounded by nature. You can also enjoy the bubble when it’s available, which is one of the highlights of the experience. So yes, the work can be active and hands-on, but it’s balanced with a rich daily lifestyle, shared moments with volunteers, and a strong sense of community that many people really appreciate.

Italy
It was my first solo travel experience, and i can't complain at all. First of all, the amount of work's hours is respected, so you have all the free time you need. The family that runs the place is really aviable (and you makes them really happy if you agree) to include you in all kind of sport activity: beach volley, water polo, underwater hockey, ecc Moreover, you can use everything in the facility in total freedom. Not to mention the other guys working there: they guide you your first days, give you a hand at the need, ecc... and yes, I can say they will become like a family for sure.
